Connect to PTSN number instead of extension on login.

System info:
GoAutoDial CE 3.3
Asterisk 1.8.23.0
2.6.18-371.11.1.el5 (SMP)

Good Stuff:
Successfully setup carriers: Inbound:Callcentric Outbound:VoipStunt
Successfully connected extensions (android phones/CSipSimple)
Successfully wrote agent scripts
Successfully setup campaign: Outbound cold calls only
Successfully login to http://mygopbx/agent and start getting calls

Questions:
When the agent logs in their extension rings, after agent picks up "You are currently the only person in this conference" message is played. I would like to be able to have the agent phone number dialed instead of their extension. Is this possible, if so how?
Also the how can I change the sql password and update all software so it can access the database?

did you mean there Mobile number or landline number?

for changing the mysql credentials
1. change the password
2. update the credentials in /etc/astguiclient.conf

command to udpate password
mysqladmin -u root password 'MYSQL_PASSWORD'
