Inbound Caller ID - Doesn't match lead

Hey Guys,

I've tried changing a few things around but unable to get the following working...

Our leads are 61 04xx xxx xxx when dialed out.

When incoming, it changes to 61 4xx xxx xxx (Bascially just drops the 0)

This causes the system to create a new lead and not match up to the one listed already, this is causing some issues where when we put that lead as not interested, it still tries to dial the original lead.

I've tried to add the 0 through the dialplans, (Which shows correctly in the logs then)

But it doesn't seem to pick it up through the interface, still only has 4xx xxx xxx

Any ideas please guys? Or should I just change the dial out to minus the 0? (harder to do with existing leads!)

Try asking your carrier to send 61 04XX XXX XXX instead of 61 4XX XXX XXX. They might be able to do this for you so you don't need to modify anything.
