Recording all calls AND on demand

Does anyone know if it's possible to record all calls, but also on demand? So there would be two files saved? One small and one with the full conversation.

Has anyone managed to do this?

Anyone? Is it possible to add monitoring directly in the dialplan and also use on demand recording at the same time?

You can set the recordings to "On-demand" in your campaign settings. Please check our HOWTOs: http://goautodial.org/projects/goautodialce/wiki/HowTos3 on how to monitor/barge calls. You don't need to modify anything in the dialplan.

Yes the on-demand recording is working. But I would also like to automatically start recording the whole call right away. Is it possible to do both and get separate files?

1. Outbound call is made. Recording is started automatically with filename: CallID_Date_FullCall
2. 10 minutes into the call, the agent starts and stops the on-demand recording with filename: CallID_Date_OnDemand

You see what I mean? So the first file would contain the whole call but the second file will only contain a segment of the call.
