Were you able to find out the cause of the issue and resolve it?

Yeah i was, it was pebkac.

I have another issue though which is pretty strange. I'm using a sangoma card in this system. Everything was running nicely then after the update i have this strange issue where calls are no longer able to be conferenced in to agents.

The setup is goautodial 3.3 > sangoma a101 E1 going to GSM gateway > Out the gsm network.

All of this was working nicely prior to updating from 3.0 to 3.3.

Even stranger is it works with a SIP Trunk, calls go out and get conferenced into agents but not with the E1 trunk. With the E1 trunk the calls go out and answered but they just sit there and are never tranfered to the agent until the DROP time rolls by and vicidial hangs up on the caller.

I can also confirm that dialing manually using a softphone a call will hit the E1 route, go out the gsm gateway and has audio both ways. It just breaks when you have vicidial in the mix. It is as though vicidial is unable to conference in the calls from the gsm gateway to the agents.

I had to update the dahdi drivers for this card to work with the current kernel version after the update from 3.0 to 3.3

I had striker log in and take a look at my dahdi conf last week and he pretty much just replicated the config i already had and his advice was to format and start again.

Sorted this out too, the campaign had a custom CLI in it, vicidial didnt like that custom CLI being put in the campaign section.
