I am getting You have been disconnected. error in the agent when I try manual dial.

I am trying to setup a new goautodial using a SIP carrier.
The carrier is registered correctly.
I have created a campaign and assinged this carrier to this.
When i login to agent screen, and click manual dial,

I am getting the below error: -

You have been disconnected.

RECONNECT

Can someone help ?
