GoAutoDial 3.0 questions

Hi all!

We used GoAutoDial 2.1 and now we install new version of software&
So we have several questions:
1. Is it possible to change field PHONE in operator view? In previous version it was possible. Now we can only add AltPhone.
2. How operator can see how many numbers still in dial list?
3. Can operator see is it calls in queue?
4. Can operator see in which campaign he is logged in?
5. Operator can't see previous saved call, so it is not possible to change something.

All it was in previous version. I think that new system have it to, but we can't find how to do it.

Hi,

Please see our answers below.

1. Yes, You can use the "Lead Search" function to change the Phone field of your leads: Admin -> Lists -> Lead Search.
2. You can see it by navigating on the campaign. "Leads in the hopper" and you can also see it on the GOadmin dashboard "Leads Resources"
3. Yes, Call in queue are also displayed on the GOadmin dashboard.
4. Yes, On "Agents Resources" click on the agents on call, waiting or pause and you will be able to see the agents or operator on which campaign they are logged in to.
5. All calls can be viewed. You can navigate to users and check the reports of agents calls or you can use the Report and Analytics page.

One more question, how search voice records? I open Recordings -> search and enter phone number, but nothing found

Hi,

Navigate to Recordings and on the upper corner select a date range then try to search the phone number again.

I did it. :(
I enter phone number and push search. And than see message No record(s) found!
If i export call report, i see that this number contain voice record.

we have tried to do it. We can see link to voice record, but if we try open it, we see message:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /RECORDINGS/MP3/202114667_20140903-095949_agent001-all.mp3 on this server.

Apache/2.2.3 (CentOS) Server at 93.183.209.78 Port 80
