I am lost here PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

I set my system up just recently and I cannot figure why customers are not hearing audio for the life of me and this system is going to save my family. Please someone have it in there heart to help save me on this. You cane either email me at or call Justin Whitney at 727-831-1977.

make sure you have opened necesarry ports.

if you are using SIP trunk open rtp ports 10000 to 20000 for audio issue.

if your server is in Lan IP , then put nat=yes in your sip trunk setting
also put externip=youpublic ip in vi /etc/asterisk/sip.conf
