asterisk died code 127

Hello

After installed goautodial on a new machine , this message is appear
asterisk died with code 127

Why? what is the problem??

OK. I solved it. the problem was the installation CD.
I followed all the steps on the official website. I changed my ip address because I have a computer network with firewall and the old server had its own ip address already set. 192.168.1.240 with port 5001 to 5061 tcp and udp septate in the firewall.
I use xubunt and Zoiper on a workstation to a do a test. but despite having followed all the guides available always appears to me the word "sorry there are no sessions available" and Zoiper tells me "invalid extension".
I always used voippro and voicetrading. voippro for calls to mobiles and landlines for voicetrading.
I'm in Italy and I have set as a dial plan
exten => _39., 1, AGI (ACTED: / / 127.0.0.1:4577 / call_log)
exten => _39., 2, Dial (SIP / $ {EXTEN: 1} @ voippro, TTO)
exten => _39., 3, Hangup
I do not know 'what to do. I also copied a configuration of a friend who had this dial plan that I reported in campains and custom dial prefix X without assigning carrier in the country. he works in me no
why?
