No Incoming Ring from Softphone and You have been disconnected

Hello

I am using GoAutoDial 3.0 and GoAutoDial 3.3. I have configured everything but not able to login as agent.

When I login as agent the softphone does not receive any incoming call but the the softphone gets registered.

Here is my CLI and sip show peers

Hi,

Did you run the update server ip command after installing your server. What audio codecs are currently active on your softphone.

Yes. I have run the update_server_ip command after installation. I have alaw, ulaw, gsm and g729 codec in softphone. I am using eyebeam.

Is your server behind a firewall or router? MOst of the time, this issue is related to restrictive firewall or incorrect firewall settings.

I got the issue fixed. The issue was with the extensions.conf and also MySQL. Changed the dialplan and also repaired the MySQL Database and the issue fixed.
