Recording reports with blank dispositions
Hi All,
I have added few custom disposition to a campaign. I found few of the recordings in the reports show Dispositions as Blank. I fear those are the custom dispositions which where made. How do i rectify this issue. Any help is appreciated

Looks like the web session of the agent was disrupted. That's the only way a call recording won't be dispositioned properly.
