Voicemail to Email not working

Hey everyone,

I can't seem to get my voicemail to email to work. I have set my email in the correct field in the Phone settings. I've tried multiple email address too just in case. Checked the spam boxes as well. I leave a voicemail, and nothing happens.

I'm assuming there is something wrong with my server. I am using GoAutoDial version 3 and have run "yum update" as well.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hi,

Good day!

Try to check Active Voicemail Server and make sure that IP is the same IP with your dialer. Try also to check that sendmail is running on your server, you can run "service sendmail status" on your server to check if it is running.

Sendmail wasnt even installed! Go figure.

Is this not installed when GoAutoDial is installed?

Anyways, it works now. For anyone in the future, I followed this tutorial and it worked: http://tecadmin.net/installing-sendmail-server-on-centosredhat-6/

Sendmail is already included on the GoAutoDial installer. Did you install your GoAutoDial server from ISO?
