Not able to register softphone it show "Wrong password"

I have installed fresh copy of the Goautodial. After the installation when i try to connect softphone it show below error..

chan_sip.c:25829 handle_request_register: Registration from '<sip:>;tag=as68e1a0d1' failed for '10.1.1.241:5060' - Wrong password

which command i need to fire for the run ip update command

sometimes it happens to me after that...

what i do is just restart asterisk

service asterisk restart

And usually that solves my issues... if not.. reboot

I have tried physical phones, softphones, IAX2 not even reach the server keeps registering and the asterisk logs shows nothing, but the SIP at least says wrong password, but the password authtenticating is correct, I have used the default, I have changed it, default and password shows correctly in phones table in asterisk database in mysql.

I have been for years in Elastix/Asterisk and FreePBX with multiple experiences but it is my first day in goautodial/vicidial and have been for hours with this problem, basically a fresh install.

The only odd thing I see in the mysql phones table is that the IP of the phone shows 19.168.1.x IP when this is not the vlan of this network.

I need a good call center software and I am really giving a try for gouautodial, please some help will be appreciated.
