2-3 calls at the same time,

Hi,
I 'm using Goautodial 3.0 with Asterisk Version: 1.4.39.1-vici, and using Dial Method as RATIO, the problem i 'm facing is, most of my agents are receiving calls in proper manner, but sometime they get 2-3 calls at the same time, while they are in a live call, and in the recordings all the 3 calls gets recorded, for example, an agent is on a sales call and at that moment the same agent is getting an answering machine but the details of the call will not be displayed and at that moment the same agent gets another call where the customer is speaking , and during all this process all the 3 conversation gets recorded.
i tried restarting the server, reducing the Auto Dial Level, reducing the Minimum Hopper Level, logging out the agent and restart their soft-phone, still the same issue.
The same problem is happening while using Dial Method as MANUAL.

Please help me to resolve the issue.

Hi James,

You can try monitoring the following if your agents experience calls overlapping.

1. Server load average
2. Network congestion
3. Agents workstation load average

Hello,

I am experiencing this too on my server, actually i have checked the load average for both server and agent pc, and both of them shows minimum load average. also since it is test environment I have set it up on a single switch and pretty much sure no problem with network since my connection is IPL connection to USA.

But still when set to predictive dialing, and when checked to asterisk logs, it show 2 to 3 calls at thesame time, it affects the call productivity of an agent since if 1 call from the 3 simultaneous call attempt has been answered it will result to failed productivity.

Hope anyone can help on this.

Try setting your campaign Available Only Tally to Y and let us know it goes.
