Agent wait time of 2 to 4 minutes

Added by Urmi L almost 11 years ago

Hello,

I have installed GoAutoDial - 3.0 on CentOS release 5.5 system from : http://goautodial.org/projects/goautodialce/wiki/64bit

[root@localhost ~]# asterisk -V
Asterisk 1.4.39.1-vici.go RPM by

Below are my some configurations details :
Dial Method : RATIO
Dial Level : 7 ( tried changing to 8 - 16 as well)
Dial Timeout: 27
Hopper Level : 1000
Available Only Tally: Y
Drop Percentage Limit:5
Dial Level Difference Target: 0

Carrier Dial Plan :
; VICIDIAL Carrier: SIP-PROVIDER
exten => _985.,1,Dial(SIP/00${EXTEN:3}@SIP-PROVIDER,27,tTo)
exten => _985.,2,Hangup

Currently I started my dialing with 5 to 8 agents. Once If it works properly then I will increase my agents 30 to 35. My issue is the agent wait time of 2 - 4 minutes. I have tried increasing the dial level from 5 to 16. I am using the fresh leads. If I run the same leads, with same provider on other dialer than goautodial then it works fine. But thwi goautodial, there is issue of long wait time.

I m having around 5 to 8 agents and there is wait time of 2 - 4 mins. I want to increase my agents. But with 5 - 8 agents its not working properly then how can I add more agents ?

Am I missing something ? or Do I need to do any patch ? Please guide me.

-Thanks.

Hi,

Good day! There are lot of factors to consider with regards to the idle time of your agents. You may need to check on the following, Lead List Disposition to check what is being dialed and disposed by your dialer, Server Load Avg. (Is it single or multi-server), Bandwidth consumption you might be eating all up your bandwidth, Monitoring your asterisk CLI logs will also help you determine your issue.

Regards,
Ryan
