please help call connectivity issue, wait time before giving up and dial next number.

Hello,

I am using goautodial-64bit-ce-3.0-RC1b, and recently observed one particular issue, it's while auto dialling is going on numbers gets connected if the lead-set is good or ISP and SIP connectivity is fine, but it is observed that lots of numbers does not get connected at first attempt these numbers gets skipped . and if these numbers which failed to connect at first attempt are filtered and re-dialled we get very less connectivity, so i cross checked these numbers directly through xlite or soft phone, I find that lots of numbers gets answered after lots of ring, like i had to wait for almost 15 to 18 rings before any one actually answered the calls.

so is there a way to set the number of rings dialler should wait before giving up and dial next number in autodial mode . please help me it is causing me lots of production issue.

Hi,

Good day! Make adjustment on your Campaign advance settings "Dial Timeout" increasing the value(seconds) will give time for the phone number to respond before the dialer hangup the call or If you are having lots of Answering Machine or Voicemail calls you may want to try changing this value to between 21-26 and see if results improve.

Hello Ryan,

Thanks for your response, however sorry to say that i am unable to find the DIAL TIMEOUT settings in campaign advanced settings , i am using version goautodial-64bit-ce-3.0-RC1b, please guide me where to find the said settings.
