agent: You have been disconnected.

Hello,

I am new to goautodial. I have installed go auto dial 3.0 on my core2duo machine with 3 gb ram.
The installation was of no errors. But in the agent portal when we log in, the portal says "You have been disconnected." and to reconnect with in 10 secs of login.
Please help

Good day! Please make sure your softphone is registered and synced with your dialer.

I have registered my Xlite 3. But I am now sure about the sync with the dialer. Could you please let me know the steps to do it.

Please help me how to authorise softphone. I have tried google and youtube videos and all other tutorials, But my softphone is not registering. And, for gods' sake, what is a sync between server and dialer and softphone..

Hey Ben,

Please create another thread for your concerns. Most likely your usernames and passwords are incorrect. Always refer to the Getting Started Guide for the default usernames and passwords.
