Hi George,

Does all your agent encounter the issue? What codec you have use on your agents softphone?
Have you also try to check your agents PC/Network performance? Does the Goautodial Server cpu load is high during the time that your agents
having a call.?

Please answer so that we can help you escalates your issue.

You can also try our latest release which is Goautodial V3.0 RC1 Thanks

yes almost all the agents complains about the same , i am using eyebeam soft phone , and i have observed that when agents complain that voice is low , the audio settings ( volume control ) on softphone seems to automatically drag itself low or auto adjust itself.

as of now i have asked my agents to manually restore the volume settings each time the audio is low.

but why is that the settings gets automatically disturbed it was not like that until lately. and what phone do you suggest to work fine with windows xp.

please reply

thanks and regards
George

Xlite and Zoiper are recommended. You might need to check on your desktop volume settings or your softphone.

This could also be an issue with bandwidth also. We have a 40+ person call center and we were having issues with the same until recently when we upgraded our bandwidth to constant fiber. I find that for each call being made out or in takes up about 64kbs of bandwidth, so 100 calls being made out = 6.4 megs of constant bandwidth is needed.
