Description
Hello Team,
Found a bug in the User Group Settings using the steps below.
a. Create a User Group (enable all Group Permissions)
b. Create an admin account and set up the newly created User Group. (This will serve as admin for newly created User Group where the user admin can create users, campaigns, upload leads)
c. Create a User for agent and set the newly created User Group
d. Create a Campaign and set the Carrier to use for Campaign
e. Create new list id and Upload leads
f. Modify the Group Permissions of newly created based on your requirements.
Here are the attached screenshots and the steps on how you can replicate the issue.
1. Here is the current setup of Usergroup settings.
2. From the dashboard page, it is showing that no agent is logged in (1st screenshot). However, clicking the Agent/s on call will show the actual agent logged in (Screenshot 2)
3. Another issue is with the Call Reports (agent time detail, sales per agent, and sales tracker). These 3 should have data in them but it's showing "No data available in the table"
4. On the other hand, the Inbound call report and Export call report is showing ingroups that should not appear since no ingroup has been created.

Sir, this is what I've done so far
Inside the Dashboard page, the number of agents is now shown.
The Agent Time Detail in the Call Reports now shows the data
I'm still doing tests on these sir and I'm still working on the other items.

Salamat sa update. nag run ako ng test dito eto yung mga issue na nakita ko pa.
1. sa dashboard hinde kita ng admin na under sa usergroup yung drop call.
admin usegroup account
default admin account natin
2. sa Statistical Report din hinde kita yung drop call.
admin usegroup account
default admin account natin
3. Sa Dial Statuses Report sobra2x yung data kahit iisang list and kokonti lang ung naka upload ng leads naka assign sa test campaign

I made some test and encountered some issues. Posted below is the list of issues and screenshots for your reference:
Stats report - Working
Agent time detail (all camp,own camp) - Not working, No data
Agent performance detail (All camp) - Working
Agent performance detail (Own camp) - Not working, Incomplete data
Dial status summary (all camp) - Working
Dial status summary (own camp) - Not working
Sales per agent - Not working, No data
Sale report - Not working, No data
Inbound report - Working (with data), but other ingroup can be viewed
Expor call repor - Not working (Blank report), Other ingroup can be viewed
Dashboard and Realtime Agents Monitoring - Not working. Agent logged in on an inbound/outbound is not showing

Hi Sir Nat,
Ask ko lang po if may update na po tayo dito. Meron po tayong new client na na-experience yung "no agent is logged in" sa dashboard kahit may naka incall na agent.

Di pa rin po working yung Dashboard. Nakikita lang yung naka login pag click ng Realtime Agents Monitoring
