Ghost Agents

Even though there are no agents logged into the system it always sees 5 agents logged on. I have tried rebooting, nothing works. It looks like those "Ghost Agents" are whats messing up our press 1 transfers because it sees them as sitting in que waiting for a call and when a person gets transferred to them it simply disconnects them. Bad bug. It will occasionally transfer to an actual live agent and it works. How did you purge them out of the system before?

Its all the lastest and greatest for the GoAutoDial software.

Anyone have any ideas?

Your database table might have gotten corrupted. Try repairing them first. Another possibility is that you have remote agents enabled and active on your system.
