Outbound campaign is coming as Inbound - Need Help!

Dear All,

I have a peculiar problem with my Goautodial setup, I have done the setup everything as documented. With the Admin account I created 1 outbound campaign with few phone numbers in the list. When I logged in with agent selecting the newly created Outbound campaign is taking me to the auto dial screen with no customer information on right hand side but all these numbers are connected to conference which means they are treated as inbound. I double checked the newly created outbound campaign below are the whole settings (please ref. to attached screen shots)

Your help is much awaited.

Hi Ram,

You might need to change you dial method to manual if you want to check the client info before dialing.

Hi Jeff,

Thanks for your inputs. But the other issues is how come these outbound numbers are connected to the conference which will ideally happen for inbound campaign but not for outbound campaign.

With the manual setup the call seems to be attempting but I get below message
"Customer has hung up: DAHDI/4-1"

is there a way to change the dial code as per my carrier should prefix 0 to every call and should not use dial code, is there a way to omit dial code?
