I Know you guys are going to SEND ME TO THE Wiki-Howtos page but I'VE been there but yet still no HELP!! I REALLY NEED HELP..:(

Well so i've been wanting to setup up a Survey Campaign for about 2 days i'm a Newbie trying to get a hang off it....and my survey type is Survey Press 1 which is a IVR prerecorded message using outbound calling and i had made a WAV recorded file and it goes like:....PRESS 1 to continue with this survey...Press 2 to hear this message again (to repeat is that possible? though).....And I want to setup my IVR numeral controls (1 and 2) to go with what the message says but i don't know where to go and how to set it up so it syncs with what my message says and i've clicked into advanced settings while setting it up and it gives me all those other numbers but not the ones i want to use plus there is no edit button in the advance setting page SO please don't think i'm stupid but I really don't have A clue...not ONE....

Hi,

Try setting your survey campaign method to Call Menu/IVR and set your required settings. You need to create a call menu/IVR for you to be able to select it on your Survey campaign.
