Data details not displaying in agent screen

I have installed and tried with test leads in the dialer. the data files are uploaded and leads are in the hopper. But when a agent logs in the dialer the lead details not not displayed int the screen. Kindly help

Kindly post your GOadmin version. Also, Was it a successful call? Does your agent engaged on a live call?

Hi,

My GoAdmin version is 3.0. Its not a successful call. I just installed GoAuto and created a campaign nad uploaded leads to check. While doing manual dial, the leads are hopped in and the details in the lead are displaying in the agent screen. While checking with auto dial the details are not displaying.

Customer or lead information will display on your agent screen if it's a live call only. Unless you have duplicate leads that has no customer information then it won't show any data at all.
