Dropped Calls - was message played?

How can I tell if, and for how long, the Safe Harbor message was played for dropped calls? We're doing political fundraising, and so, if someone listened to the entire message, that would be a good prospect for follow up.

Hi Mark,

If you have full access to the server, You need to check the asterisk logs provided by the systems, This will tell you if the message recordings is played.

Where would I find these logs? I do have full access to the server.

Hi Mark,

If you are using a Survey Campaign you can download the reports using Export Call Reports you will see the call duration and the call status if the client receive and listen to your audio messages.

PU - Call Picked Up - Status that a call is changed to as soon as the carrier has sent the Answer signal and before the call is sent on to an agent
PM - Played Message - outbound broadcast or SURVEY campaign status for when a message has been played to the customer
