SMS and email trigger on call disposition

Hi All,
We are using Goautodial 3.0 CE, with 8 agents for outbound and 3 for inbound.
I am trying to find a way where my agents can trigger SMS and EMAILS after the call completion and which should be recorded into the reports. I am also looking at the script and webform but no success yet.

Appreciate your help and guidance.

Hi Nischal,

This features is not yet available on the default Goautodial since SMS needs a 3rd party application. Please indicate the detail features you want and in
what module you want to have this feature so that we can see and add this feature in future release of GoAutodial.
