Changes to users

Download the ISO 2.1 and I have a problem

Changes to users, such as passwords and add more users, these changes are not made and do not modify the file vicidial.conf SIP, as this file is kept as well as wine in the ISO.

Please help me with this issue. thanks

Did you change your IP address. If yes, update your system settings.

if you change the IP, and also update from the System / Network
