Audio Store not working

I am trying to access the Audio Store through the regular vicidial admin interface (ip/vicidial/admin.php)

I can't seem to access my Audio Store. I can upload a file no problem, but when I click on audio chooser in any menu, I just get a white, blank, popup. I'm assuming it's not a permissions issue, because I know it tells you if you don't have access.

Not sure what the issue is. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Have you tried checking the file if it is uploaded on your sound server folder? If the file is not uploaded on the folder, try to convert your audio file, use 16bit Mono 8k PCM WAV audio files(.wav) then re-upload your audio file.

I don't see it in the sound server folder. The long weird string...that folder doesn't even exist on my system. I converted the audio just like the Wiki says on this site with the WavePad Sound program.

What else could it be?

You can try to disable then enable again the Central Sound Control Active: settings on your server, this will create a new sound folder on /var/www/html. Once the folder is created, try uploading your audio file.

Ok I tried that, but the folder name didn't change or anything...

Kindly check if Central Sound Control Active: settings is on, If yes try this procedure now. Go to Admin -> System Settings and copy whatever it has for your Sounds Web Directory, i.e. cc17cvmyn7hdjg2kdn6kfqsp6m603q. now on your dialer create a folder on /var/www/html/ and rename it as cc17cvmyn7hdjg2kdn6kfqsp6m603q then set permission to 777 then try again.

Figured it out. Once I created the folder and added the 777 permissions, I had to run this script:
/usr/share/astguiclient/ADMIN_audio_store_sync.pl --upload
