If you mean how to disable answering machine detection(AMD) then follow below steps:-

1>Go to campaign and select detail view
2> Scroll down to end then choose Answering machine detection as off
for go autodial interface go to campaigns , select the campaign, go to advance configuration and repeat the above step 1 and step 2.
