Multiple recording in single voice recording file

Hi,

We are using Goautodial 3.0 RC1 version and Manual dialing enabled.

There are one, two, or more calls has been recorded in one single file. Its like they merge into one file. Its been very difficult for our team to do Quality check and other works

Guide me to solve this issue.

Hi Isravel,

Have you tried monitoring your server load average while making calls?

Hi Jeff,

load average: 1.91, 2.62, 2.66

That is the average load of the server. Most of the time load average will less than 1.00 even though we are facing the same issue

That can happen if the web session of your agent (going to the GOautodial server) was disrupted. This can be caused by some of the following:

1. Network disruption
2. Overloaded or underpowered workstation (slow response from web browser)
3. Overloaded server
4. Improper agent logout/login

The above are just some examples that can cause the issues you're encountering.

Dear Demian,

I have encountered this issue on two servers in cluster, I have not faced this issue on another one server. It was working fine

I have checked the server load, It was fine, Server load is fluctuating from 0.71, 0.63, 0.78 to 2.00, 1.55, 1.79.

Even though we are facing this issue..

Forget about the recording issue. We are not getting proper report as well like talk time was 0 after agent took 200 calls
