Hi Vivek,

Are you using GoAutoDial? You can try to check the asterisk logs from your server to check what is causing the issue.

Hi,

When you say Manual call is it via agent interface to directly via softphone or extension. Also, posting your asterisk CLI logs when attempting a call could help the community determine what is causing your issue.
