Agents monitoring

Hi,

I monitoring agents on dashboard, is it possible to me to log out them with out any conversation or telling them to logout?

Yes you can force Logout the agent,just go to Telephony>Users then click the Info user agentXXX of the agent id that you want to logout and click Force Logout.
