Campaign Agent Calls Issue

Hi,

Inbound campaign:
Inbound Campaign is created and agent logged in. when I make an inbound call is answered automatically without a ring.

OUTBOUND: When Agent is making a call before the call is connected to client call duration is started.

1. How can we give one ring to user before answering call in Inbound AGI.
2. How can we start call duration when the lead/user answer the call.
