Description

I have version 3.3 goautodial and randomly in manual calls I get the message from Dialed Timed Out, contact your administrator.
Even though the call is established correctly, when this happens I can not use the transfer button.
How can i fix this?

1) Welcome!

2) As you are obviously new here, I have some suggestions to help us all help you:

When you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method (7.X.X?) and goautodial version with build (VERSION: 3.X-XXXx ... BUILD: #####-####).

This IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "manual/from scratch" you must post your operating system with version (and the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system) plus a link to the installation instructions you used. If your installation is "Hosted" list the site name of the host.

If this is a "Cloud" or "Virtual" server, please note the technology involved along with the version of that techology (ie: VMware Server Version 2.0.2). If it is not, merely stating the Motherboard model # and CPU would be helpful.

Similar to This:

Vicibox X.X from .iso | Vicidial X.X.X-XXX Build XXXXXX-XXXX | Asterisk X.X.X | Single Server | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation | Intel DG35EC | Core2Quad Q6600

3) Dial timeout is not an error: It's a notification of an event. You called, no one answered.

4) Now, the REASON no on answered may show a problem with the system and needs resolution. For that: Please post an asterisk CLI output of a single example (not 3000 lines of unrelated code, just a single call with ONLY that traffic on the dialer when the test is run).

Hi,

I'm using goautodial-64bit-ce-3.3 |kernel 2.6.18-371.11.1.el5 (SMP) | Asterisk 1.8.23.0 | Single Server | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation | LOCAL SERVER |

Hardware
Processors 24
Model Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU X5650 @ 2.67GHz
CPU Speed 2.66 GHz
RAM 24 GB

Biggest issue:
1. Call Comes in
2. Click transfer button
3. Enter number to transfer to
4. Click Dial with customer
5. Wait for all parties to connect
6. Click leave 3-way (but I never leave the 3-way)

On step 6 when I click leave 3-way nothing happens are parties still connected.

Second issue:
1. Click pause from agent window
2. Click manual dial from the bottom
3. Enter number
4. Click dial
5. Call connects
6. Transfer button is greyed out.

How fix that problem?
