login failed after upgrade

Good morning,
I installed the box, change admin user and delete the default one, everything is fine until I update https://goautodial.org/projects/goautodialce/wiki/HOWTO_Update_latest_version_via_Github

now he no longer lets me enter with the old one or with mine, what can I do I have seen in the db is on
SELECT * FROM `goautodial`.`users`; password_hash is empty (old admin is also present)
while on SELECT * FROM `asterisk`.`vicidial_users`;
there is my new user the passw field empty, while pass_hash I think there is my passwd in hash, but it does not let me in what can I do?
ps: my file /var/www/html/php/goCRMAPISettings.php
it is correct as I have read about other login issues on the forum
if it is possible to fix by db or do i have to reinstall the box again?

This same issue happens on a new Centos 7 install following this guide :

password has is empty for the goadmin user and even setting one gives username/password incorrect.

Unable to login to the system at all.

I discovered to my expense that the problem also occurs from the box when you update, this problem has been giving it for a week, because before even with Scratch installation it was fine, there will be some update done wrong.
now from database how can I solve?
