registered sip exten is not connected

Hello,

I have connected Zoiper to my Goautodial 4 extension successfully.
The asterisk cli of the Goautodial 4 server shows that I am registered (sip show peers).
I log into the agent web interface of the same Goautodial 4, I click on "Login to Dialer" and I select my campaign........

SIP exten 'my registered exten here' is NOT connected

please help

Hi

Did you follow those steps posted here https://goautodial.org/projects/goautodialce/wiki/HOWTO_Enable_Softphones

If YES, Try the following:

1. Enable WebRTC first and try to login as agent. If you are able to hear the voice prompt it means, you userid and phone login are good to go for softphone registration.
2. If number 1 fails. Try to create a new user. Login again as agent and make sure you will hear the voice prompt.
3. If 1 or 2 are working, follow the steps posted here https://goautodial.org/projects/goautodialce/wiki/HOWTO_Enable_Softphones

webrtc is hanging on logging into your phone.
there is a missing goautodialc.pl script .
help
