New IP Pubblic at AGENT and relogin

question:
if an agent changes IP and relogin in the system The bridge conference is muted. how to reset session and IP? does the system register it and always try to associate it with the old one?
I restart
systemctl restart asterisk
systemctl restart kamailio
systemctl restart rtpengine
but if I restart everything is resolved then I think it is an IP association problem on databes. Please can you tell me the system where the session is recorded?

reboot* i resolv this problem but not reboot ever

I think it happens that sometimes you do not delete the session in asterisk.go_agent_sessions via goLogoutUser.php and postpone the open session and do not pass the audio to the new agent ip
