want to use this in my call center but want to know if support is still here or has then been shut down? manager hasn't been on in over 6 months?

Are you asking about "PAID" support or freebies? Goautodial is by far the most popular call center environment used. I've used it since day one.
I've also made donations to encourage development in the past. Have you?
