Wedo Manual Dial issue

We have an issue with WedoMetro with regards to the Manual Dialing of agents.
Still the agents can do manual dial even without pressing the Pause/Resume Button.
This may be the reason why agents are complaining that they experiencing overlapping of calls.
Just to make sure we also tested this issue with our Cloud Clients and the system works fine.
