Hi Sir Chris,

Client is requesting to enable VM button on his cloud account.We made a test call on his account and we found out that VM button is not enabled.

Hi Brian,

It was deactivated/hidden as per Demian's request. I'll ask him first about this if he wants to enable the VM button.

Chris,

Let's have the VM feature enabled. Better yet, have it configurable in the Campaign settings (advance section) if it's active in the agent UI or not.
