Help With Predictive Dialing
Hello, I need help in locating where I can set the following parameters:
1. Number of lines called per agent
2. Call wrap-up time per agent
3. Drop rate %

You can get those parameters in the Statistical Report and Agent Time Detail.
Follow this steps. Kindly go to Call Reports > Reports and Analytics > Statistical Repor > Agent Time Detail

Thank you, but I meant that I need to set those parameters, somehow- I am trying to specify the limit of lines called per agent, the wrap up time per agent- and limit the drop rate%, so I can have more control over the predictive dialing process.
