Incorrect password / Registration error: 403 - Forbidden

Hi,
I'm currently experiencing an issue:
I would like to know if there is some kind of limitation of the number of users I can create. This is the issue I'm experiencing:
User 1 works fine
User 2 doesn't work (Incorrect Password / Registration error: 403 - Forbidden)
User 3 works
All the other doesn't work as well. (Incorrect Password)
Only user 1 and 3 works. Is that a normal behavior? The error message I got on the Softphone is Incorrect Password but the password is correct. I've double check the user and password credentials and they are correct. I tried using softphone MicroSIP and X-lite

Hi,

May we know what version of GoAutoDial server you are using. "*Incorrect Password / Registration error: 403 - Forbidden*" means you are using incorrect SIP registration password for your phone extension. If you are using GoAutoDial version 3.0 or later, navigate to Admin Settings > Phone > select your phone extension and click on Advance Settings > Then check the SIP registration password and try to log in again.

Hi,

I tried deleting the users and creating again, and saw that changes I perform at GoAutoDial only reflects to the service when I reload the asterisk server.
For example: I have now 10 users / phones. I change their password and save it at GoAutoDial. But I'm still able to login with the old password. And, if I reload the Asterisk server, the configurations will be updated and then I will be able to login with the new password.
Is this a normal behavior?

Can you post your GOadmin version? It's on the main admin login page.
