le dialplan pour appeler la france

bonsoir;
j'ai installé goautogoal recement et je me suis bloquer au niveau du dialplan,c'est a dire comment etablir un dialplan pour appeler par exemple 0988288300 de telle sorte que le serveur goautodial ajoute 0033 tout seule et le numero devient 0033988288300 et le 0 devant le numero sera remplacer par 0033
merci bien de m'aider

exten => _0XXXXXXXXX,1,AGI(agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log)
exten => _0XXXXXXXXX,2,Dial(SIP/trunkname/0033${EXTEN:1},,tTo)
exten => _0XXXXXXXXX,3,Hangup()
