need to access GOAUTODIAL CE throught the internet

Hello!
Hope y'all having a good day.
I installed GOAUTODIAL CE 3.3 today but I cant seem to figure out how do I let my agents access the web GUI from another network (from their workplace).
How do I do so?
I want to create an ip address or domain that can be accessed from anywhere through the internet.
please help im a newbie so I don't understand everything.
