incoming calls are not routing to in_group for login agents

HI,
i have installed VERSION: 2.4-309a and created DID entry to point to ingroup for call to be routed to login angent instead call are routed to IVR for voice message only below is logs for mentioned DID numbers can some one help how to route calls for incoming DID to ingroup onwards to agent.

Make sure you have created a DID with number 91217
and disable the default DID
Then Create a INgroup
in DID entry check the DID route to Ingroup, and then select ingroup from the list In-Group ID:
In respecting campaign select
Allow Inbound and Blended: Y
Allowed InGroups:
