Please help me

Hi,

First of all my name is Raven and I have a mini center here in my house. I have installed everything as what I've seen in some tutorial and follow every instruction carefully. I have installed and make the dialer work but the problem is whenever I am trying to ping the google.com its keeops on saying "Unknown host"

I was talking to my voip provider a while ago and he told me that my server has no inter and he can't even help me because he said its my job to do that and left me in team viewer...

To be honest I dont have IT background knore deep knowledge about it. This is my first time to do such thing and have the guts to do in since I know sometime soon I'll learn it. I hope someone could help me :( I don't want my business to die..

Hi,

first of all i didn't get your point. when your dialer is working in offline mode i.e., its not connected to internet, then how can you be so sure that dialer is working properly. please update is your dialer is hosted or its in your premises? you can try to see if your Ethernet configurations are fine or not by running command #ifconfig
make sure you haven't commanded your server to obtain IP from DHCP assign a static IP from your network. once you verify your server Ethernet connection is configured properly you can try to ping it through local network. if its giving ping response to local network it can give to Internet as well.
