Create supervisor group problem

Hello friends,
i am trying create group for supervisor user, already checked many settings and diff. configurations
but the user have no access to agent resources even when belongs to additional group with full permissions (not VICIadmins)
dialer ver. 3.0
pls help

Can you provide us sreenshot of your supervisor, agent user settings and User Group settings for us to review your issue.
