Bug when placing 2 manual calls in a row
Goautodial 3.3 - Agent Interface.
When placing a 1st call using manual dial method, the transfer button is on, but if another manual call gets placed right after, the transfer button stays greyed out.
Any way to fix this issue?
Can you confirm if you are already engaged on 2 calls? By default you can only make 2 calls, if you are already connected on a 3-way call it is normal that the transfer button will be greyed out. If possible, please provide the steps that you are using to make calls.
