backup all the content in my vicidial

Can anyone here could help me on how to back up the whole content of my current vicidial setup,phone,users,list,etc..

Hi,

You need to back-up your database(asterisk)this holds all your vicidial configuration.
#mysqldump -u user -ppassword database > /home/Directory/dababase.sql

Hi CJ,

You have to use:
#mysql -u user -ppassword database < /home/directory/database.sql

database.sql is your backup

i want to ask, if included the entire folder from html, like your customize form?

the entire can be back as one into database like they preferred Up on this question.
