I am using goautodial CE 2.1 on Ibm Xeon server. everything is working fine. I have created inbound campaign with on hook phones and ring_all. it works perfectly, the only problem is I don't find aany 'ring' link on my agent screen so as to bring them back into session to make manual calls.

please help as I am new to this and I have to get it resolved ASAP.
