How to filter leads?

Hello all,

We are using Goauodial 3.0 in outbound campaign and have around 30 agents but we are having a lot of wait up to 3 minute. I have put Dial Level to Advance 20 and still have wait. Support said that the wait come from bad leads.
Is there a way to create a filter to remove bad leads? for example to create a filter that DROP them?

hello,

please contact us directly for help in this issue. we can help you in this issue rectification.
this kind of problem occurs from 2 places.

1. bad leads : one can assume you are dialing dead numbers or numbers which is not available in coverage.
2. VoIP Carrier : if your carrier is not having proper coverage route or even if they are putting FAS in their routes then also you might get long wait time.

the only way to check exact problem is manually check it.
