How agents can handle a server??

I have a Goautodial server with 4Gb of RAM and Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2683 v3 @ 2.00GHz CPU.
When there are more than 35 agents the system is very slow and the waiting is up to 3 minutes.
RAM is always 99% of capacity.
Can you please guide how to fix this and to reduce the waiting?

in my experience 4Gb Ram Intel xeon Dual core can handle 10 to 15 agents in autodial mode.
8Gb ram 8core 20- 30 agents..

hello,

you can check this in 2 ways:

1. you can allow 15 agents at a time and see what is the status of server like striker said above.
2. instead you can use vicidialnow in place of goautodial, it helps to reduce load on server a lot.
